Romantic Times Award!

Earlier this year I found out that I'd been nominated for THREE Romantic Times Reviewer's Choice awards, and I'm so thrilled to announce that I am now an RT award winner!!!!

My debut book, Soldier on Her Doorstep, won the award for Best Harlequin Romance 2011. My second book, The Army Ranger's Return, was also nominated.

Release Day in Aus/NZ!

I'm taking a quick moment away from editing - my next book is due to my editor in about 24 hours - to share a lovely review of my latest release, Back in the Soldier's Arms. Here's what Wendy the Super Librarian had to say about the book, and if you want to read the full review click here.

This is "a book that the author should consider entering in the awards circuit next year, and a book that will move mountains when it finds the right reader, at the right time. It's also a book that effectively cuts through the cookie-cutter fluffy label that gets slapped on category romance way too often for me to even be remotely tolerant about it anymore. It's too hard of a book for me to declare undying love for, but it is brave as hell. I hope the author is rewarded for it - whether it be with royalties, awards, or just really moving, awesome fan mail."

New Week, new cover!

One of my New Year's resolutions was to blog more, and I'm definitely not doing well. I seem to tweet a lot now, probably because it's easy and I can do it from my phone! But I will try to post more often ...

Anyway, here's my latest cover, this time for the Australia & New Zealand release of Back in the Soldier's Arms.

I'm busy working on my next book (out in Jan 2013) that forms part of a continuity with seven other fab authors, but it's due in 11 days so I have a lot of work to do.

Back in the Soldier's Arms - Out Now!

Despite promising to do more blogging this year, I'm more behind that ever! As usual, our household has been super busy, but I'm pleased to announce that I recently sold my sixth Harlequin Romance to my fabulous editor. Soldier, Father, Husband will be out in the UK in October, but the USA release date is still to be confirmed.

In the meantime, if you're in the UK or India, you can buy Back in the Soldier's Arms from your local bookstore.
